PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which an institution can deliver key information, which is needed to unlock a room reserved by a user, to the user who has reserved the room by utilizing the Internet, and the user can use the key information, which is delivered from the institution side, to unlock the room reserved by utilizing the Internet.SOLUTION: In an institution use management system 1, an institution management server 2 receives a reservation for a room 5a, and stores reservation information in association with key information to be associated with the reservation information. When key information which an electronic lock device 4 has read from a handheld communication terminal 3 is transmitted from the electronic lock device 4, the institution management server 2 retrieves reservation information that matches the room number of the room 5a, at which the electronic lock device 4 is installed, and the date at that time, and collates the key information, which is associated with the retrieved reservation information, with the key information which the electronic lock device 4 has read from the handheld communication terminal 3. If collation of the key information succeeds, the electronic lock device 4 unlocks the room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
