PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly and accurately perform two-point simultaneous processing according to an optical fiber transmission method despite a microscopic inter-processing points distance.SOLUTION: A CCD camera 22 attached to one end of a main cylindrical body 18a of a casing 18 images a workpiece W through a video lens 32, bent mirrors 30 and 28, a condenser lens 26, and a protective glass 24. The position of a roof-shaped prism 38 disposed in a first sub-cylindrical body 18b can be variably adjusted in the direction of an arrow F in parallel with the optical axis of a collimation lens 34 between the collimation lens 34 and optical filer insertion port 36 by means of a prism position adjustment unit 40. The emission end surface of an optical fiber 12 can be variably adjusted in the direction of an arrow N orthogonal to a ridge line 38c of an inclined surface of the roof-shaped prism 38 by means of an optical fiber position adjustment unit 44.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
