PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed tube made of aluminium, which can reduce the occurrence of a soldering failure, and a soldering method.SOLUTION: An aluminium sealed tube comprises one end part 2 and the other end part 3 to be soldered to an opening end part 12a of a heat-transfer pipe 12, and an intermediate part 4. The one end part 2 and the other end part 3 are formed with pigmented layers on the outer circumference. The pigmented layer is characterized in that the absorptivity of a near-infrared ray is higher than those of the an aluminium solder material 5 and the intermediate part 4, and in that the temperature rising rate at the time of an infrared-ray irradiation is higher than those of the aluminium solder material 5 and the intermediate part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
