PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis data creation method, a water leakage position detection device, and a method for specifying a water leakage position with high reliability.SOLUTION: An analysis data creation method includes: a measurement step for measuring vibrations of a prescribed duration at the same time of day multiple times using at least two sensors; a cross correlation calculation step for finding a plurality of cross correlations from a plurality of waveforms measured in the measurement step; a division step for dividing the cross correlations calculated in the cross correlation calculation step for each prescribed span; a span specification step for specifying a specific span having a maximum value in individual spans divided in the division step or a value greater than or equal to a prescribed correlation value; and a frequency calculation step for calculating the frequency of a specific span specified in the span specification step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
