The present invention provides a side wall insulation structure of an apartment house. The side wall insulation structure of an apartment house comprises: a wall forming an outer wall of an apartment house; a plurality of insulation layers formed inside the wall; a geothermal energy collection unit installed in the wall and collecting geothermal energy; and an insulation control unit supplying the geothermal energy collected to enable a difference between the outer temperature and the inner temperature of the wall to be within an error range to the insulation layers.
