PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door closing force checking device capable of preventing falling of a tool on a hoistway during the checking work of a door closing force.SOLUTION: A door closing force checking device configured to check the closing force of a door provided in an elevator device includes: a coil spring 13 displaced according to the closing force; an inner cylinder 14 and an outer cylinder 15 storing the coil spring 13 and slidable to each other; a fixture 10 having a first display part 20 and a second display part formed in the inner cylinder 14 and corresponding to the permissible value of a displacement amount relative to the outer cylinder 15; a fixed part disposed in a predetermined part, e.g., a magnet 11; and a connector for connecting the magnet 11 and the fixture 10, e.g., a string-like body 12. The door includes a landing door 1 forming a smoke blocking door, and the coil spring 13 includes a spring having one end 13a locked to the inner cylinder 14 and the other end 13b locked to the outer cylinder 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
