PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic that makes it possible to dry wet hair in a short time by loosening without entanglement by rinsing off after being applied to the hair after washing by shampoo, in which hair after drying has no sticky feeling, and both smooth feeling and moist feeling of hair can be satisfied.SOLUTION: Hair cosmetic contains component (A) specific tertiary amine compound or salt thereof of 0.1 mass% or more and 10 mass% or less, component (B) higher alcohol of 1 mass% or more and 10 mass% or less, component (C) methyltrimethicone of 0.05 mass% or more and 15 mass% or less, component (D) specific organic solvent of 0.01 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less, and water, in which pH at 25°C is 2 to 6 when diluted by water in 20 times in mass.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
