CONSTITUTION:The axial directional end of the carcass ply 12 of a tire is folded around a bead core 14. A plurality of belt layers 16 to 18 are layered on the external circumference of the carcass ply 12. In addition, a plurality of lugs 23 are arranged to a tread section 26. In this case, the crosswise center line BO of the most outside belt layer 18 is shifted to one outer side in one cross direction of the tire more than the tire equator TO, that is, in the direction of a lug 23A. The belt end 18A near the tire equator TO is extended to the other side in the tire cross direction passing the tire equator TO.
