When the second laser oscillator 22 for therapy is irradiation-operated when mirrors 24, 25, and 26 are at the original positions, the laser beam L2 is introduced, divided at laser guides 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d installed on the installation mouthpieces 31, 32, 33, and 34, and the laser beam L2 is irradiated towards the thrombus 37 from the irradiation surface 12 through an irradiation part 11 which is formed integrally with the top edges of the laser guides, and the thrombus 37 is removed.
