<p>PURPOSE:To omit a guardrail-shaped framework and therefore to eliminate the mental senses of oppression to the persons passing through a ticket examining machine by providing an object sensor having its sensing direction set in the upper oblique side of a path at a position having a constant height to the side face opposite to the path of the main body of the unit of the ticket examining machine. CONSTITUTION:An automatic ticket examining machine consists of a pair of unit main bodies 100a and 100b. A unit main body 101b is one of both unit main body forming another adjacent automatic ticket examining machine. The projection parts 7 are formed on the upper face of both bodies 100a and 100b, and the distance sensors 21 - 24 and 25 - 28 corresponding to the object sensors are provided at the positions having a constant height to the side face of the part 7 at the path side. As a result, a conventional guardrail-shaped framework is not required and the mental senses of oppression can be reduced to the persons passing through the path of the automatic ticket examining machine.</p> |
