PURPOSE:To obtain magnetic alloy having high satulation magnetic flux density, small coercive force and excellent thermal stability by permitting the magnetic alloy to be defined by the composition formula of FeuNvOwSixMy and specifying the atomic % defined by (u), (v), (w), (x) and (y). CONSTITUTION:The magnetic alloy is defined by the composition formula of FeuNvOwSixMy and the atomic % defined by (u), (v), (w), (x) and (y) have the relationship shown by the expression I, where M is at least one kind of the elements selected from the group B, Al, Ga, C, Ge. Such composition allows to obtain the magnetic alloy having high satulation magnetic flux density, small coercive force, high permeability, excellent thermal stability and corrosion resistivity for magnetic devices such as a magnetic head. |
