The apparatus for automatically attaching the clamping device on a certain position of the frame, comprises the mounting means for mounting the frame on a position; a welding means for welding the clamping device to the frame. The mounting means comprises a reducing device for simplifying the frame separation and a separation preventing device for preventing the frame separation. The apparatus comprises the mounting means with a clamping device (3), cam (5); the welding means with an anode bar (18) on cylinder (20), a cathode terminal of the device (3); the separation preventing device with cylinder (12), piston (13), pusher (16).
