PURPOSE:To upgrade the outer appearance of a molded product and prevent the generation of rust by molding a sheet-shaped molding material in a molding tool with a conductive body mold as one side mold, inserting a metal core material into a channel formed on said molding material, mold clamping and applying the high frequency voltage. CONSTITUTION:A resin material is extruded in the sheet shape out of an extruder 2 and taken up by a take-up device 4 while being cooled through a water tank 3, and then cut into the given length by a cutter 5 to manufacture a formed material Wa of rectangular shape. In said preliminary molding stage, a plurality of channels S are formed simultaneously all over in the longitudinal direction of one surface of the molding material Wa. The molding material Wa is set with its channels S side facing upward in a product section space 10 of a bottom force 9 of a molding tool 8, and a metal wire slightly shorter than the molding material Wa as a core material Co is inserted into a channel section S. Then, the bottom force 9 and a top force 11 are mold clamped and high frequency voltage is applied between upper and lower electrode plates 12 and 13, and the molding material Wa in the product section space 10 is softened and melted to mold a resin molded product Mo. |
