PURPOSE:To form a synthetic resin bearing of good accuracy by embedding a bearing ring in a position set for a bearing body accurately and integrally. CONSTITUTION:A bearing body-forming space 3 is made following the profile of a bearing body 2 to be molded in a splittable resin mold 1, into which a molten resin material 4 is injected from a first material inflow inlet 8 to mold the bearing body 2. At that time, a section forming a bearing ring 7 and its axial bore is embedded by means of a pin 9 movable in the outward direction. Then, the pin 9 is moved backward in the state of leaving the bearing body 2 in the mold. A space 5 for molding the bearing ring is formed along the inner peripheral surface of a bearing separation hole 2a of the bearing body 2 in the mold, into which a molten synthetic resin material 6 of good sliding characteristics such as a fluoroplastic or the like is injected through a second material inflow inlet 10 to mold the bearing ring 7 and the bearing body 2 integrally. Said molded material is sufficiently cooled and cured in the mold and then released to manufacture a bearing A. |
