PURPOSE:To improve execution accuracy by installing edge bars on both long sides of a rectangular metal sound absorption panel, and making a frame of jointing margins formed all over the sound absorption panel. CONSTITUTION:For the use of a metal porous sound absorption panel 4 having a communication hole as a sound absorption ceiling panel structure 13, both of long ends of the panel 4 is made to have a minimum of 1mm as a jointing margin 16. Then, a panel frame is formed with an edge double bar 1, cut to short length and fixed to the panel 4 with an adhesive. An edge single bar 2 is used as a reinforcement body 19 for the short end of the panel 4 and made to have a minimum of 1mm as a jointing margin 16, similar to the edge double bar 1. The bar 2 is fixed to the panel 4 with a fastener 14. The aforesaid construction can contribute to the handling of the porous metal sound absorption panel 4, and the reduction of a manday for the execution thereof. |
