PURPOSE:To recover and treat org. compds. without making diluting operation and to allow the direct release of separated waste water by heating the waste water contg. the org. compds., recovering the org. compds. of a high b.p. and subjecting the org. compds. of a low b.p. contained in the evaporated water to oxidation combustion. CONSTITUTION:After the waste water is received into a waste water-receiving tank 1, the waste water is supplied into a centrifugal thin-film dryer 3 by a supply pump 2. Thin films are formed with a heating cylinder by a blade 10 and the moisture and the low boiling org. compds. of the temp. below the heating steam temp. are discharged from the upper part of the centrifugal thin-film dryer 3 while this waste water is dropped by gravity. The org. compds. in the waste water from which the moisture is removed are discharged from the lower part of the centrifugal thin-film dryer 3. On the other hand, the evaporated steam discharged from the upper part of the centrifugal thin-film dryer 3 flows into a contact combustion device 4 and is subjected to the oxidation combustion, by which the org. compds. are decomposed to carbon dioxide and water. The evaporated steam enters a cooler 5. The treated water from which the org. compds. are removed is then recovered. |
