PURPOSE:To apply an existing software of an actual automatic electric power supply system, etc., as control simulating means by rewriting system time to training time before a training is started, and returning it to actual time when the training is finished. CONSTITUTION:Training case setting means 1 reads the value of a training starting time reserving area, and alters system time 5 to training starting time. Then, the time 5 is updated by an inner clock. In this case, training time setting means 15 obtains a relative time difference between real time and the training time, and stores it in a relative time difference reserving area 16. Control simulating means 11 simulates a controller in an electric power system, and controls a generator, a phase modifying facility to safely operate the system if a load power is varied or a tide or a voltage in the system is changed. When the training is finished, real time recovering means 17 outputs the relative time difference from the area 16, and rewrites the time 5 to the real time. |
