PURPOSE:To immediately perform a proper printing by a method wherein an optimum ink supply amount is stored in a memory medium, and at the time of reprinting, an ink supply amount is determined based on this optimum ink supply amount called from the memory medium. CONSTITUTION:In a printing system 10, on the basis of an image pattern area ratio, an ink supply amount adjuster is adjusted, and a screw opening degree of an ink supply element is temporarily set. Thereafter, the ink supply amount adjuster is finely adjusted. An optimum screw opening degree finally set after the fine adjustment is stored in a main controller 14. At the time of reprinting, the optimum screw opening degree corresponding to a pressplate 21 is called from the main controller 14. An ink supply amount of the ink supply amount adjuster is set based on the called data. Because the called data is the optimum screw opening degree finally set in the previous printing, a next printing is made intact after said optimum screw opening degree is set, whereby basically the printing can be made in the same state as the previous printing. |
