<p>PURPOSE:To easily install a cable by drawing out a wire pulling the cable from a manhole at a cable drawing-out side to a pipe line, turning back the wire by a pulley in a manhole at a cable arrival, and returning the wire to the manhole at the cable drawing-out side. CONSTITUTION:A car 10 for drawing out and pulling a wire 5 is positioned near a manhole 7 at a cable drawing-out side and a pulley 6 is mounted in the manhole 7. A pulley 6' for turning back is mounted in a manhole 7' at a cable arrival. At first, the wire 5 is drawn out and passed into a pipe line through the pulley 6 in the manhole 7. The wire 5 is turned back at the pulley 6' in the manhole 7', returned to the manhole 7 and connected to a tip of a cable 4 through a flexible pipe 4. Then, the wire 5 is wound up and the cable 3 is introduced into the pipe line. This enables simplifying a work for installing the cable into the pipe line and improving safety of the work.</p> |
