PURPOSE:To obtain a daily dish preservable for a long period of time at low temperature while maintaining qualities of food by using vegetables impregnated with a gelatinizing agent as main raw materials to give a daily dish and freezing the daily fish through a state of cold storage. CONSTITUTION:Vegetables are boiled in an aqueous solution having dissolved a gelatinizing agent such as gelatin, agar or gum arabic to give vegetables having the gelatinizing agent impregnated into texture. The vegetables are used as main raw materials to prepare a daily dish such as dishes dressed with sauce, fish salad or salad. Then the daily dish is put in a protecting member, cooled to an atmosphere of cold storage by bringing the protecting member into contact with cold water and rapidly frozen. |
