摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce weight and to improve economical efficiency and productivity by providing a synthetic resin layer, a metal layer formed on the the surface of the synthetic resin layer, and an inorganic refractory layer, containing an inorganic binder, formed on a metal layer surface and having cold self-hardening property. CONSTITUTION:A fire resisting laminate 10 contains a resin layer 12 formed of, for example, rigid polyvinyl chloride. The resin layer 12 may be a pipe or a plate. A metal layer 16 is mounted on the resin layer 12 by means of a rubber adhesive 14, e.g. chloroprene, capable of adhering together resin and a metal. The metal layer 16 is formed of a metallic foil, e.g. an aluminum foil, and formed such that it is wound in a spiral manner in case of the resin layer 12 being a pipe. The thickness of the metal layer 16 is set approximately to 5-200mum. An inorganic refractory layer 18 capable of being adhered to the metal layer is formed on the outer surface of the metal layer 16. Namely, by locating the metal layer 16 therebetween, the inorganic refractory layer 18 and the resin layer 12, incapable of being adhered directly to each other, are formed integrally.</p>
