This apparatus comprises two bearing units each of which equipped with a pair of steel needles that are installed on needle fixture made with screw along with a group of thin plates and pads. The screw is mounted on a main screw arbor. The notch for installing steel needle is cut on the end face of thin plate. According to this invention, an axial through-hole is opened on the screw of needle fixture and the main screw arbor passes through this hole. The thin plate and pad are made into the shape like cushion ring, installed on screw and fixed with lock nut. In addition, the needles are bent and fixed on needle fixture in a cross mode.
