<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject mutant in high efficiency by culturing an antibody-prodocing cell strain in a medium added with one or more substances selected from interleukin 2 (IL2), IL3, IL4, IL6, antibody-production promoting factor, etc., and separating a class-switched mutant. CONSTITUTION:The objective antibody-producing mutant capable of producing an antibody of a class different from the class of an antibody-producing cell strain before the mutagenic treatment is produced by culturing an antibody- producing cell strain [e.g. human-human hybridoma HB4C5 (FERM BP-1879)] in a medium added with one or more substances selected from interleukin 2, interleukin 3, interleukin 4, interleukin 6, antibody-production promoting factor, etc., and separating a class-switched mutant from the cultured cell strain using a fluorescent activated cell sorter, etc.</p> |
