<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to improve the adhesion as the base material of highly process goods of film and blocking resistance by a method wherein thin easily adhered layer containing aqueous phenoxy resin is provided at least on one side of polyester film. CONSTITUTION:Aqueous coating liquid containing aqueous phenoxy resin is applied at least on one side of polyester film, the crystalline orientation of which is do not yet completed, and, after that, dried, stretched and subjected to heat treatment so as to complete the crystalline orientation of the film. The polyester film having the primer layer obtained as mentioned above, displays high adhesion to extremely wide-ranging coatings such as ink for cellophane, magnetic coating, gelatinous composition, UV ink or the like, and especially strong adhesion to magnetic coating and, at the same time, favorable blocking resistance with no tackiness.</p> |
