PURPOSE:To correct the unbalance of output balance even when a power supply can not follow a sudden change gradient by forming moderate change gradient parts on several positions in the held state of a rising output balance. CONSTITUTION:The input signal/output current ratios of respective power supply devices 36 to 38 are set up so that the prescribed output balance is held at the time of running an SOR device. A microcomputer 39 properly adjusts respective electromagnets 24, 23, 25. The microcomputer 39 is provided with a reference signal storage device 43 for storing a current waveform pattern and a reference signal generator 44 for outputting a current waveform pattern by a prescribed control flow. For instance, a current pattern PS 10 is obtained by connecting plural sine wave 1/2 period waveforms 54 through plural plane parts 56. When the PS 10 is applied as a command value, a practical current is delayed on the inclined part, but can make up for the delay on the plane part 56. |
