A plastics closure cap for a bottle comprises a concave base 1 having a narrow portion which bears against the bottle neck rim 9 at 9a and a skirt 2 connected to the base by evenly spaced ribs 3, the skirt having an external shoulder 4 and an internal shoulder 8 which snaps under a lip 9c of the bottle neck. The cap, which is made of polypropylene, acetal resin &c. may be prised off by pressing the shoulder 4 upwards. |
