<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the high speed-control which uses the reasoning of an expert system, while the serious transfer which necessitates long transfer-time is caused to be unnecessary by transmitting the information between a machine-controlling part and an expert system through common data-range. CONSTITUTION:An expert system 4 is composed of a reasoning part 5 and the knowledge base 6 in which the data made preliminarily on the basis of the knowledge etc. of experts or skillful operators are stored. The reasoning part 5 refers to the actual information stored in common data-range 7, and simultaneously carries out the reasoning on the basis of the information 11 of the knowledge base stored in the knowledge base 6. While the result is stored in the common data range 7, it is outputted outside through human interface 7. A machine-controlling part 3 takes up the control information 10 necessary for control from a plurality of sensors fitted to a molding machine according to a prescribed timing and stores it as actual information in the common data range 7. The machine-controlling part 3 carries out the calculation on the basis of the reasoning result stored in the common data-range 7 by the reasoning part 5, and a command/indicated information 13, and outputs control information 10, thereby controlling the molding machine.</p> |
