PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance of a normal vital body rythm and repair any rythm in disorder by equipping an illumination device with light sources which consist in fluorescent lamps capable of being turned on and off individually. CONSTITUTION:Centering on a toilet mirror 1 located in the middle, illumination devices 2, 2' are installed at the wings while a ceiling illumination device 3 is provided at the ceiling part. They are so arranged as turned on and off by switches individually. It shall be possible to light up all illumination devices 2, 2', 3 simultaneously to irradiate a face of a person with intense photo-beams over 3000 lux. Thereby the amount of melatonin secreted into blood from the pineal body can be set to 24-hr light/dark cycles, which enables quick repair of the vital body rythm when it goes into disorder, and bad physical condition can be prevented or eventually cured such as depression, autonomic imbalance, insomnia, etc., resulting from disorder in the vital body rythm. |
