PURPOSE:To send out an error release telegraphic message even when a power source is turned on after releasing an error state by generating the error release telegraphic message, when the error state is stored in a nonvolatile storage means, and also, an error/release detecting means detects an error release state at the time of recovery of the power source. CONSTITUTION:The above machine consists of a host device 1 and a terminal equipment 2, and the terminal equipment 2 is provided with an error/release detecting means 3 for an error state and an error release state of the terminal equipment 2, and a telegraphic message transmitting means 4 for transmitting a telegraphic message to the host device 1, based on the error state and the error release state detected by the error/release detecting means 3. In such a state, when the error state is stored in a nonvolatile storage means 5, and also, the error/release detecting means 3 detects the error release state at the time of recovery of a power source, a power source recovery time state deciding means 6 allows the telegraphic message transmitting means 4 to generate an error release telegraphic message. In such a way, even when the power source is disconnected in the error state, and the power source is turned on after releasing the error state, the error release telegraphic message can be sent out. |
