摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make an analysis of a state quantity, which is difficult to be made by the on-line measurement, or of a state quantity of an intermediate product, which is difficult to control, by treating a state quantity, which was computed from a prescribed computing equation, and, which is difficult to control or to make the on-line actual measurement, as an apparent, actually-measured value. CONSTITUTION:A first processing means 100 computes a state quantity of a production process element, which is difficult to control or to make actual measurement, from a first computing equation, which is prescribed in advance in order to compute the quantity from a state quantity of an input element and/or a production process element, which can actually be measured. By using the state quantity, which was computed by the first processing means 100, as an apparent, actually-measured state quantity, a second processing means 200 automatically makes a second computing equation containing a production process element, which is difficult to control or a production process element, which is difficult to make the on-line actual-measurement. A comparing means 300 compares the state quantity, which was computed by the first processing means 100, with a threshold value. When the comparing means 300 judges that the computed value exceeds the threshold value, an alarming means 400 gives the alarm.</p>
