PURPOSE:To automatically regulate a control parameter relative to a secondary resistance by varying a lamplike speed, and so regulating the secondary resistance or time constant that the torque current command therebetween or actual torque current waveform becomes a stepped waveform. CONSTITUTION:Influence due to erroneous setting of secondary resistance R2 of a vector controller 1 of an induction motor 3 is quantized as a deviation from the stepped waveform of a responding waveform of a torque current command or torque current when a speed control loop is provided to response in a lamp state to the speed of the motor 3, and setting of the resistance R2 of the controller 1 is regurated based on the result. Thus, a control parameter relative to the resistance R2 of the controller 1, i.e., the resistance R2y itself, the secondary time constant (L2/R2, where L2 is secondary self-inductance of the motor 3) according to the constitution of a control system can be automatically controlled. |
