摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify constitution of a processing device and an assembling device by bringing a rotation drive body into a state to be movable along a ball screw spline shaft and rotatable around the ball screw spline shaft through drive of a rotation drive means. CONSTITUTION:Since, through running of a motor 14, moving bodies 32 and 34 are moved in the direction of an Y-axis, the position in the direction of the Y-axis of a rotation drive body 44 is arbitrarily moved. Meanwhile, when a ball screw nut 48 is rotated through drive of a motor 56, the rotation drive body 44 is moved on a BS shaft 36, the position in the direction of an Y-axis of the rotation drive body 44 can be arbitrarily moved. Through movement thereof in the direction of the X-axis and the direction of Y-axis, the position in a plane of a rotation drive body 44 is decided through movement thereof in the direction of the X-axis and the direction of the Y-axis. Further, when a spline cylinder is rotated through running of a motor 66, the rotation drive body 44 is rotated around the BS shaft 36, the angles of robot heads 46... can be inclined to an arbitrary value.
