LOTION PAPER AND ITS MANUFACTURING

PURPOSE:To absorb wastes attached on sweats and skin and to make smooth the skin surface by distributing equally the parts on which emulsified liquid is applied on thin leaf paper and the parts on which it is not. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a thin leaf paper 1 on which protruded parts and recessed parts are distributed with an area ratio of 5 to 50% vs 95 to 50%, part A on which emulsified liquid containing emollient as its component and part B on which it is not applied are approximately equally distributed with an area ratio of 5 to 50% against 95 to 50%. With such a structure, when lotion paper contacts skin, part B on which emulsified liquid is applied wipes off wastes attached on sweat and skin with the absorption capabilities of moisture on the thin leaf paper while part A on which emulsified liquid is applied makes smooth skin surface with emollient to inhibit the evaporation of moisture on skin.
