PURPOSE:To have precise temp. sensing regardless of the shape of a cooking vessel, prevent excessive temp. rise accurately, and enable temp. control by furnishing No.1 temp. sensor on a heat collecting plate at the undersurface of a top plate, and No.2 temp. sensor in a position apart from the heat collecting plate. CONSTITUTION:No.1 temp. sensor 5 is furnished on a heat collecting plate 6 installed on the undersurface of a top plate 2 while No.2 temp. sensor 7 is provided in a position apart from this heat collecting plate 6. Accordingly the No.2 sensor is free from self heat emission in connection with the magnetic flux generated by an induction heating coil 3 and easily receives heat conduction as long as the bottom of a cooking vessel 1 is flat, and thus it can sense the temp. accurately. When vessel 1 has a deformed bottom, the other sensor 5 can find abnormality at heating, and the output of the coil 3 is turned off. This enables performing excessive temp. rise preventive control, enhances the safety, and provides high precision control through temp. controlling using two sensors. |
