PURPOSE:To absorb shocks generated from a deep pan to be heated, suppress electromagnetic vibration of a heater coil, and sink the noise by affixing a heat resistant sheet to a top plate consisting of ceramic material. CONSTITUTION:A top plate 4 is formed from a ceramic material and arranged so as to cover the oversurface of a heater coil 2, and in the neighborhood thereof are furnished a thermo-sensitive component 6, which senses the bottom temp. of a deep pan 5 to be heated, and a blower fan 7 to cool the coils 2 and its surroundings. With heat resistant adhesives, a heat resistant sheet 8 consisting of polytetrafluoroethylene (Tefron(R)) resin is affixed to the oversurface of the plate 4. This allows absorbing shocks likely to occur during handling of the deep pan 5 which is placed on the surface of the plate 4, suppresses electromagnetic vibration of the heater coil, and reduces the noise. |
