Self-filling and emptying malting drum

Fixed feeder opens towards the upper side of the malting drum so as to register with the drum entry at a set drum angle which then passes onto register with a water feed and a malt feed. As the drum comes down another setting acts as malt outlet or draw-off. Other holes can be fitted to serve as air or gas outlet at set drum angles.
