<p>PURPOSE:To realize a practical decorative laminate obtaining sufficient adhesiveness in the adaptation to a door, a wall material or a floor material without applying sander treatment and excellent in design properties by applying a curable resin to the surface of an uncured diallyl phthalate resin decorative laminate to cure the same by the irradiation with ionizing radiation. CONSTITUTION:A curable resin is applied to the surface of an uncured DAP decorative laminate to be cured by the irradiation with ionizing radiation. The DAP decorative laminate having the uncured surface is prepared by appropriately selecting the addition amounts of a curing catalyst, a curing inhibitor and a stabilizer, a hot press molding condition or the like. As a re-coating curable resin, one cured by the irradiation with ionizing radiation is used. The curable resin is applied by a usual spray method or a film method. As the irradiation with ionizing radiation, the usual irradiation with electron beam or ultraviolet rays is carried out. In the case of the irradiation with electron beam, electron beam having energy emitted from an electron beam accelerator of every kind is used and, in the case of the irradiation with ultraviolet rays, ultraviolet rays emitted from an ultraviolet source using a light source such as an ultrahigh voltage mercury lamp are used.</p> |
