Absorption-type gas analyser for fast pro- - cess control

Two-component gas mixtures are analysed with very little dead time by a mixing chamber which receives a stream of the gas and a stream of a liquid, capable of absorbing the gas component concerned. A part of the liquid with the absorbed gas component is discharged through an electrochemical cell, and the rest through a second outlet. The cell readings are compared with those of another cell at the inlet.
