PURPOSE:To always keep the thickness of the ink layer of an ink sheet reproduced over a long period of time constant and to obtain a sharp image free from density irregularity by specifying the surface magnetic flux density of a powder feed member feeding powder ink. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 10 is arranged so as to come into contact with the insulating support of an ink sheet 3 and a powder feed part 12 feeding powder ink 11 is arranged on the side opposite to the electrode 10 so as to sandwich the ink sheet 3. The powder feed member 12 is composed of non- magnetic conductive material and the powder ink 11 is held on the powder feed member 12 by the magnet roller 13 built in the powder feed member 12. The surface magnetic flux density of the powder feed member 12 is determined by the magnetic force of the magnet roller 13 and, herein, the magnet roller 13 is used so as to set the surface magnetic flux density of the powder feed member to 800G or more. |
