PURPOSE:To restricting the distortion and the warp of an electric collector within a small range, and reduce the possibility that a solid polarization electrode exfoliates from the electric collector, by performing impregnation of electrolytic solution after cell assembling. CONSTITUTION:A gasket 4 wherein holes 6 are formed in at least two parts is used, and cell assembling is performed in the state that a solid polarization electrode 1 is not impregnated with electrolytic solution. When the electrode 1 of upper half part is impregnated with electrolytic solution, an injection nozzle 7 is inserted into one of the holes 6 of the gasket 4, and electrolytic solution is injected. A pressure reducing equipment is connected with the other hole 6 of the same gasket 4, and the air in a cell C is drawn out. The electrode of lower half part also is processed in the same manner. Hence the impregnation is performed in the state that the edge part of the electric collector 2 is rigidly fixed and retained by the gasket 4. When the electrode 1 is expanded by impregnation, the distortion and the warp of the electric collector 2 are little, and the possibility that the electrode 1 exfoliates from the electric collector 2 scarcely exists. |
