Continuous internal-transfer pastry baking oven. Train of platforms moved by pushers travels through two parallel tunnels. Preferably, slide grooves, on which the train runs, rest against each tunnel and on two inner sidewalls. The platforms are independent of each other and have feet, at the bottom, which locate in the grooves. Two stops rest above the platforms and parallel to the grooves, to prevent the platforms over-lapping as they push each other. |
