PURPOSE:To lower driving torque by providing both a telescopic spoke extended from the front end of a driving shaft and an outer circumferential ring, providing a stationary and a telescopic spoke, a telescopic and a free rod, a hydraulic cylinder and the like, and thereby also providing a combining device combining these components. CONSTITUTION:A driving shaft 1 is projected out of a main body outward to a front end section, and a telescopic spoke 3 is extended out of the front end section, so that an outer circumferential ring 4 is thereby fitted into the outer end section of the spoke. In addition, a hollow stationary spoke 2 fitted onto the driving shaft 1, a telescopic spoke 3 which is slidably coupled in the stationary spoke and a telescopic rod 6, are coupled in a rod guide hole. And a hydraulic cylinder 5 is provided for the driving shaft 1 side, so that a penetrating free rod 7 for the natural ground is slidably coupled in the rod guide hole provided for the outer circumferential ring 4 and the like. In addition, the telescopic spoke 3 is detachably combined with the telescopic rod 6 by means of a combining device. By this constitution, the stability of the natural ground can thereby be secured. |
