摘要 The unpleasant aftertaste of saccharin-containing compositions is reduced by incorporating with the saccharin a flavor modifier selected from the group consisting of ribonucleosides, ribonucleotides and their deoxy analogs. The saccharin and flavor modifier mixture is heat-treated such as by boiling the mixture in water.
