PURPOSE:To efficiently discharge heat and moisture by an exhaust fan by opening the exhaust port equipped with the exhaust fan to the upper part of a fermentation vessel so as to position the same at the central part in the vicinity of a partition plate. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust fan 14 for forcible exhaustion is provided to remove the heat and moisture in a fermentation vessel 1. In this constitution, the exhaust port 5 equipped with the exhaust fan 14 is opened to the upper part of the fermentation vessel 1 so as to be positioned at the central part in the vicinity of a partition plate 7. As a result, heat and moisture can be efficiently discharged by the exhaust fan.
