PURPOSE:To prevent the electrostatical chargeability and a conveying property of a toner from being degraded by stopping the mixing of toner particles and inorganic oxide particles prior to the stage that an angle of repose of the toner mixing the toner particles and the inorganic oxide particles reaches a minimum. CONSTITUTION:In the case that the toner is manufactured by mixing the toner particles and the inorganic oxide particles, the mixing of the toner particles and the inorganic particles is allowed to stop prior to the stage that the angle of repose of the toner reaches a minimum. Then the manufactured toner lowers the angle of repose of the toner with the mechanical stress pressurized while the toner is used for the development with a developing device and reaches the minimum of it and the flowability is improved and the electrostatical chargeability and the conveying property are prevented from being degraded. |
