PURPOSE:To enable a fine powder obtained by melting, kneading, pulverizing, classifying, and separating to be reused as a material by using a flashing pigment as a colorant and the binder resin having a weight average molecular weight of <= 40000. CONSTITUTION:The color toner composition comprising the binder resin having a weight average molecular weight <= 4X10<4> and the flashing pigment is classified and the obtained fine powder is reused partiary or totally as the material for producing the toner, and melted, kneaded, and pulverized to form the color toner, thus permitting agglomeration of the pigment to be prevented at the time of repeating kneading by using such a flashing pigment, and good dispersibility to be maintained, the molecular weight of the binder resin not to drop during kneading by using this low molecular weight resin, the toner same in composition to be always obtained even at the time of reuse, and consequently, the fine powder conventionally having been not used to come to be reused, and the toner to be manu-produced efficiently at low cost. |
