PURPOSE:To prevent an illegal action by confirming execution permission information when executing a program, continuing the execution only when it is permitted, and inhibiting the read of the program execution permission information of a medium after the medium is read for more than the prescribed number of times. CONSTITUTION:The information to permit execution 13 of the program is presented by a medium 14 different from a program storing medium 15 and stored 12 in a hardware to execute the program in advance. When executing 13 the program, the execution permission information is confirmed and only when it is permitted, the execution is continued. On the other hand, the execution permission information is stored in the part of the hardware not to be read generally. Further, after the medium 14 storing the execution permission information is read out for more than the fixed allowable number of times, the execution information is prevented from being read out. Thus, it is possible to prevent a floppy disk from being copied without any permission and illegally executed at another work station. |
