PURPOSE:To make easily the temperature along the width direction of a sheet uniform by providing the shielding plate which is made of heat resistant material and is movable at least in the width direction of a foamed molding between the foamed molding and a radiation heat - feeding means. CONSTITUTION:First shielding plates 12a, 12'a and second shielding plates 13a, 13'a with heat - shielding property are inserted between a molded sheet 4 and flowing nozzles 5f, 5g, 5'f, 5'g and between the molded sheet 4 and blowing nozzles 7a, 7'a. Operating rods 15, 15' are fitted to each shielding plates 12a, 12'a in parallel with the sheet - surface of the molded sheet, and hooks 14, 14' are fitted thereto in the direction of axial - length. The second shielding plates 13a, 13'a are movable respectively in width direction of the sheet as same as the first shielding plate 12a. When the end of the sheet 4 in the width direction of the sheet is covered a little, and when the end is covered sufficient ly, the over heating of the end is avoided, and the temperature distribution in the width direction of the sheet becomes uniform. The second shielding plates 13a, 13'a are provided to avoid the over heating of the end further sufficiently as an auxiliary means. |
