<p>The concentrate contg. the refractory metal compsn. is mixed with a composition of sulphur and alkaline metal. The mixture is heated sufficiently to melt it, and long enough to form a water-soluble reaction product of thio-refractory metal and alkaline metal, and a residue which is non-soluble in water. The refractory metal is recovered from the water-soluble reaction product of thio-refractory metal and alkaline metal.</p> |
