Camomile exts stabilised to storage - by alumina treatment

In a typical case, an aq. alcoholic ext. of camomile is stirred with neutral, active alumina (grade I) and the filtered liquid used for making a cream by mixing with lanolin; on putting into lacquered Al containers it does not turn coloured on storage.
